What would I say to refer people to you?

You could mention that you have a discount you can offer them. Because they are a friend of yours, you can get them 10% off of working with me. You could let them know I offer a limited amount of free sessions each week. They can take me for a no-strings attached test-drive, so to speak. Share the link to apply for one of those sessions, reminding them to mention your name in the referral section to ensure they would get the 10% off if they sign up.

What qualifies as a referral?

To keep it simple, a referral is someone who applies for one of my complimentary calls.

Is there a max amount of peeps I can refer?

Absolutely not!

Does every referral get a call?

Nope. The application is a way to help them show up for themselves and get crystal clear about who they are, what they want, etc. If I review the application and intuitive guidance tells me that they aren’t ready for what the call is designed to offer, then they won’t get an email from me to book a call. It is an application after all, and I only work with women like YOU who show up for themselves 107%

Who should I refer?

Driven, type A, entrepreneurial women. Fluent in gratitude, aware of their intuition but want to develop it, and know the value of self-investment. They want to break through where they are stuck in their sales. They want relationships; both romantic and platonic that are super de duper nourishing. They want more; more free time, more sales, more fun. Maybe they are working in their biz part time and are ready to make the leap and go all in on themselves. Maybe they are a full time biz owner and are ready to uplevel and enjoy a new level of power and success.

How will you know if someone was referred by me?

In the application for the Private Mentorship, they’ll answer a “who referred you” question. They’ll also have to tell me about the discount. That way I know they actually spoke to you. 😉

How will I know if they become a client?

After a referral of yours signs up, I’ll hit you up via email to let you know you just earned yourself some mooooolah! I’ll also remind you of the payout schedule based on the next quarter. But I won’t mention specific names of who signed up unless they are ok with it. You know how we roll, confidentiality and all. 😉

Is there a max amount of money I can make?

You’ll receive money for every new customer referral that signs up to work with me in one of my high-end programs. As the OG rapper Master P would say, “No limit”.

How does payout work?

Currently looking at using PayPal, but that is subject to change.
Say you send me 10 referrals. 5 of those end up signing up for high-end coaching (either one on one or group). The first four clients are valued at $500 each. The fifth client hits the double down bonus, so they would be valued at $1K. In total, those five would be valued at $3,000.00! Now, if 6 referrals signed up, the first five would work like I just layed out. The sixth starts the sequence over. So number six would be valued at $500. The total now becomes $3,500.00.

When will I get that cheddar?

At the end of every quarter, I’ll review everything and total up payouts. It’s my goal to send your referral bonus within the first week of the following quarter. Let’s use the above example. Let’s say that happened in the 3rd quarter of 2021 (July, August, September) so I totaled it up on October 1st (the beginning of quarter 4). I’ll send you an email with your final numbers and your payout by the 7th of October. If you refer new clients to me all year, you’ll see a total of four payouts; one for each quarter.

What happens when a new quarter starts?

Great question! Each quarter is treated as a fresh start with a clean slate. So if you are close to hitting a double down bonus at the end of a quarter, it would benefit you to refer as many women as you can so you can hit that before the quarter ends. In a nutshell, no rollover.

What qualifies them as a new client?

A signed coaching agreement makes it official. The date they sign it is the quarter they’ll be associated with.
